Steve Jobs Stanford Commencement Speech 2005
The speech from Steve Jobs of what have made him today totally impressed me. We have some bad incidents at moment now. It is tempering in my life. Those incidents which we may feel great appreciation for many years later. It was an awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. We must do something, even though I don’t like do stuff and I don’t know whether it is useful or not in the future. We have to trust in something. You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.

I have been to Taipei Zoo about once a year. The zoo is like a hotel for animals. The animals come from many parts of the world. The animals that came from Africa are elephants, lions, zebras, camels, ostriches, rhinoceros, hippopotamus, giraffes, hyenas, monkeys, and cheetahs, Kangaroos came from Australia. Tigers came from Malaysia. Penguins came from South America. There are a lot of native animals, anteaters, rattlesnakes, beautiful birds and fish, and so on. I like those native animals best because many of them are our good neighbors
Shihlin Night Market
Shih Night Market is the biggest, most populr, most crowded and oldest night market in Taipei. Over a century old, the Shihlin Night Market is justly famous for both the quality. The area is a good place to fill yourself up onPreposition delicious dumplings, fried pasties, duck wings, chicken steaks, and my personal favorite, the Shanghai fried buns. And Shihlin Night Market has a carnival-like atmosphere, with games like catching a goldfish using a tissue paper net, and shooting plastic cans with air rifles. You can find deals on clothing, shoes, and other accessories. And you will feel that all things in the Shihlin Night Market seem to be cheaper.
So you must go to the Shihlin Night Market when you come to Taipei. AndCut I will take you to eat some MissingW my favorite food ofPreposition the Shihlin Night Market.

Favorite Hero
Chien-Ming Wang has a round face with dark, straight hair. He is the honor of Taiwan. When Wang was a boy, he was very in terested in baseball so he joined the school term as a pitcher. At the beginning, his parents didn't want him to play baseball, but he liked baseball so much that he didn't want to give it up. He kept practicing his pitching and gradually got better. Wang is now a starting pitcher for the U.S major league baseball team, New York Yankees. He shows no fear whenever he pitches. He is always calm. He has become a sports hero throughout the rest of the world. He is my favorite hero, too.
Great People
Many people know that Tzu Chi is an organization that focuses on community service and disaster relief.
Tzu Chi also gives help to other countries. It conducts its mission via an international network of volunteers. It has many sub-organizations around the world. They help to bulid many hospitals and schools worldwide, from kindergartens to universitiesand medical school. I hope someday I can be a member of Tzu Chi, too.
If I won two million dollars in the lottery, I would help
If I won two million dollars in the lottery, I would help those in need. I would also use the money to do the things I have long wanted to do. First of all, I would divide the money into three pasts: one part would go to my parents to thank them for what they have done for me over the yeas, another part would go to charity, and the other part would be put aside for my own use.
I would use part of he money to travel around the world—romantic Europe, wild Africa, and mysterious Southeast Asia would be the places I wouldn’t miss. In addition, I would use some to pay for my tuition for college. This, I believe, would certainly help reduce my parents’ financial burden to a great extent. Oh, how I wish this dream might come true!

City Living: Advantages and Disadvantages
Living in a big city has many advantages. I live in Taipei, the largest city in Taiwan. It is a very exciting city. You can never run out of things to do. There are many movie theaters, restaurants, parks, department stores, convenience stores, coffee shops, Internet coffee shops and many other interesting places to visit.
On the other hand, living in Taipei has its disadvantages. The air pollution, noise, and traffic are terrible. There is also a lot more crime in the city. Sometimes I wonder why I live in the city with all its disadvantages. Then I remember its many advantages.

Describe a Teacher
A Person Who Has Made a Different: Describe a Teacher
I would like to talk about my vocational high school teacher whose name is Wen-Kuei Chu. He teaches mathematics and also he is the head – teacher of our class, so he was a busy man in our class . Remember, he offered different homework to every student. Every student is conscientious about homework. At that time , my mathematics was poor and also I didn’t think he could take care me . You know! I though he was too busy to pay attention to every student . However , when he helped me to improve my mathematics , it was like a special gift. I really apprecinted what he has done to me. On the other hand, he definely takes responsibility for his job , because sometimes when I didn’t do my homework, he would remind me that what should I do.

shopping
I don’t like to go shopping but I go to shops for necessities only when I have to. Thus, I don’t have too much of shopping experiences but I have countered different situations. The best shopping experiences were when I was shopping for new clothes and shoes for last Chinese New Year. It was a cold day and I have waited for a long time before I was served. I was very embarrassed that I found out that I didn’t bring enough money and shopping voucher when I was about to pay. However, the staff was very kind and made some discount for me so I could pay with what I had. It was a really pleasant shopping experience not only for the cheap price but also for the kindness that the staff had shown me. However, you won’t always be so lucky. The worst situations I have been in was when I was in a small shop buying some food. The shop assistant told me that the food was on special for a festival so I brought a lot of food which I thought it would last me for a few weeks. The shop assistant was very happy seeing me buying so many foods but I had just found out after one week that the food had been expired after three days of purchase!
