I have gained 7 kilograns after enter LHU. Because half work and half study are always busy and as a result ignore exercies. For the sake of my health, it is important to emphasize again the benefits of exercise.
When I eat too much and exercise too little I become fat. I know that being fat often leads to sickness, so I should keep fit by exercising. Exercise strengthens my muscles and enable us to stay healthy. After exercising we feel full of energy.
The benefits of exercise are number. If I want to enjoy good health, make exercise a regular part of my life.
